How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00, Express shipping can be added for an additional cost.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days.

 

RETURNS POLICY

What is your Refunds & Returns Policy?

Any item can be returned and refunded within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition you received it. It also must be in all of its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return or refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved and the refund will be processed to the original method of payment, minus original shipping costs.

What is my product is damaged or faulty?

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please email customer care at hello@sogoldn.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number in the subject line.
Please provide details, including photos, order number and any relevant information and we will process your request and provide instructions accordingly and as quickly as possible.

*Items must be returned unused and in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been opened or used.
